Question about Microsoft Comfort Optical Mouse 3000 (1-Pack) (VVSC393731)
I had to go into folders and find the one in english and launch help. It says to launch itellipoint and its a hot link, but when I click on it nothing happens. I'm running windows vista on my laptop.
Make sure the batteries are good.
Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps you. Bud

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
