When booting my dell optiplex GX270 desktop,"alert! system battery low pops out, press F1 to continue or F2 for setup utility" and the screen colour chances. please, what do i do?

i think this is the problem about your cmos battery so first you change your cmos battery contained in your lap top.it is attached with your laptop motherboard.

Black screen on Dell GX270. I run Dell diagnosis and got the following error message: "Initialization failure: Invalid L1/L2 relationship. L1 size: 0, L2 size:100,000"

motherboard failure (This model is one of many systems manufactured during a period of faulty capacitors from major suppliers)
Replace the motherboard

Hi I have got a dell optiplex gx270 with the licence of win xp pro, I am trying to restore the system with ctrl F11 but nothing work, when I select boot from cd the system lunch win xp pro with login and...

if you want to restore the computer to the factory settings.
restart the comptuer. immediately hold down the CONTROL key and start tapping F11 key.
Note : all of the data and software would be lost. Your computer will be restored to factory settings like a newly brought system.
IF this does work then go to bios, and make cd rom as the first boot devices, hit f10. now, hit "escape" once and select, "save" and hit enter.
Now, comptuer will be restarted. Now,start tapping space bar, It will boot from the disk.
else restart the computer and again start tapping spacebar at the startup.

Pc password

If the password is before windows starts, then you can reset it using the motherboard jumper.

If it is a Windows XP password, then try these steps:
