Question about Dell Dimension 2400 PC Desktop
I just called Dell and they sold me 2 - 1 GB chips for my Dell Dimension 2400. The sales person assured me it would work. Everything I'm reading says it will not take 2, but only 1 GB and if it does take 2 chips, it will only take it up to 1.5 GB. Do you know anything about this?
Per the crucial memoryadvisor (It has never failed me yet) Yes the system will support 2 1 GB RAM modules.
That being said, it is advised that you flash the bios to the most current BIOS version to ensure that capability.
