I have a Creative V Plus 8GB mp3. Whilst sorting out some settings I turned on the Random play all feature and can't get it to turn off.
Please help.
Many thanks
Debbie
In the main menu, go to "settings," then "audio settings," and then "play mode." Scroll to "normal" and push the center button. This should fix your problem. When you turned on Random play all, it changed this setting to shuffle, so when you return it to normal, you should be good.

If you plug your Zen to a PC and connect to the autodetect feature of Creative Labs at the below link you then can download the manual, use the knowledgebase, read the FAQ and even update the firmware and drivers for it. http://support.creative.com/downloads/SoftwareAutoUpdate.aspx I hope I helped you Regards, PDG
Most of creative player gets heated up soon due to poor cooling system...it is adviced to use it for 2 hrs then turn off for half an hour and then use it again.....
well it shouldnt play the first song in the folder. it should automatically play the song where you left off. and when you are changing the EQ, make sure that you are pressing in the selector key. (the key at the bottom to the right of the volume control keys) as it may take a while to adjust to your volume settings

Well, if you are new to the creative zen Nano plus, you may not have figured out how to turn it on. hold the play/pause button until the mp3 lcd screen lights up and that should work. if this is not the case i am sorry i cant help, but i also have a creative zen Nano Plus so i could find out for both of our benefits. i hope i helped!
