Why am i getting no power in x42 turtle beach earphone?

I am assuming this is not a sound issue, and an entire headset not coming on issue. Here are the steps that I would take...
1. Put in BRAND NEW BATTERIES!!! (Usually that is the culprit) ;-)
2. Unplug and then re-plug in all wires and cords to the console and the controller.
3. Check to see if the wires are connected from headset to end cords (on the one that plugs into the controller).
4. Once everything is connected and with brand new batteries, it should work, turn it on again. Remember the beep sound goes up when the turtle beaches come on, and the beep sound goes down when the turtle beaches are turned off.

Beaches wont turn mic

I for 1 don't know. But try to go to www.Turtle Beach.com they can help you out. I have Turtle Beach Ear Force XC1 and my mic I can talk but I can't hear anything but if your mic isn't working properly try using a different controller. If that doesn't help try getting a brand new mic.

Turtle beach x31 not working with n router Changed router settings to standard band, but still not working.

I have an N-router and do not have a problem with my X41 or my brother's X31. If your router is real close to the headset's transmitter, you should move it at least 6 feet away. Also if you have the Xbox wireless adapter with two antennas, you should move the transmitter away from your Xbox as much as possible too. Simple positioning should work for you. If not, why don't you just contact Turtle Beach directly? I'm sure they'd be able to help you more than anyone else.

I have owned a pair of turtle beach x4 headphones for nearly a year now, and just recently whenever i try to use them the sound crackles and gos in and out, for instance i can only hear 4 out of 7...

There's probably nothing wrong with the headset. Just disconnect all the cables, move the transmitter to a new location and make sure to use new batteries.

No charge for xbox wireless headphones

There should be lights on the front of the headset's transmitter box. Are these lit up?
Also, there should be a "palm tree" icon on the left earcup of the headset. When you turn on the headset from the POWER button, the palm tree should flash about once a second. Is it flashing?
If not, you may need to "pair" the headset to the transmitter.
