Question about Vulcan SG44D Gas Double Oven
WE HAVE MOVED THE DOUBLE CONVECTION OVEN TO A NEW LOCATION THAT USES PROPANE GAS. WE WERE TOLD WE NEEDED CERTAIN PARTS ADDED OR CHANGED TO CONVERT TO PROPANE GAS USE. WHAT SHOULD WE DO? ALSO, PROVIDE A RECOMMENDATION OF SOMEONE TO DO THE WORK. THANKS PAT
Pat, it is very important that all appliances that used natural are guaranteed to be LP Gas approved. Fact is natural gas uses about 1/4 oz. psi where Lp Gas uses 8lbs. to 13psi
This is critical that the person doing the work has experience in converting the two types to prevent fire or property damage. I hope I helped answer your question, let me know if this works out for you. Thanks, Sea Breeze
