Re: mouse won't work
Go into start>control panel>mouse>and check your settings make sure they didn't get changed some kind of way. You will see you can set it to how fast or slow you want it...second go into device manager to make sure there is no yellow! next to your mouse that means it needs an updated driver. Hi, my cursor had frozen on my screen after my grand daughter pressing something. After trying everything I decided to take it to a local computer shop, it was fixed in seconds. He held the arrow tab(below the caps lock tab) and then pressed F9 it worked!!
Hope this will fix your problem
When you plug in the mouse you need windows to pop up and say found new hardware, and it will install a generic driver. I would shut down and restart and then plug it in again, if this does not work try installing the driver from disk that came with mouse, unplug mouse, install, plug it back in and try it. Hope it works for you.
Q: After pairing my mouse, the button click works but cursor tracking does not move. What can I do?A: The cursor tracking problem is because red sensor LED is not on. Please try another set of battery or fully charge battery again, and verify if bottom red LED turns on. If red LED still does not turn on, please remove batteries from mouse, press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds, next press and hold the left and right buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds, followed by several clicks. Install the battery into mouse, you should see red LED turns on, mouse cursor will move.
