Question about Maytag MSD2656G Side by Side Refrigerator
The whole fridge was warming when we got up this morning, so we transfered everything to coolers, and the freezer started cooling on it's own about two hours later, but the fridge side is still warm. The small flap in the back near the bottom behind the drawers is covered in frost, and no ice is being made. Can you help me?the coils freeze over and the refrigirator gets warm due to the restricted air flow. I took it apart and manually defrosted it also checked the circuit for the heater wire it was ok I then changed the module. It still does the same.
Sounds like the defrost circuit has failed. It could be one or more of the following -
Adaptive defrost control
