Press the MODE button as if you are going into the mode for reading your heart rate.

Then press the upper right button, ST./FWD which will bring up a time indication on the top line and, in your case, a 12h below that. Continue to hold that button until the time changes to 24h.

You can then go back into the regular use of your watch.

Hope this helps.

The heart rate function has turned off. So the calorie count won't work. Everything else is working fine. It happened about four days ago. I have lost my owners manual.

Press and hold the reset button, for 5 seconds, while in Time mode. this will reset the heart monitor and the symbol will reappear on the screen.

I have a mio euorfit heart monitor watch. During my workout I

Yes, you definetely need battery replacement.
As the hart rate monitoring is most sophisticated part of the device, it has more IC (Integrated Circuits) than any other features.
More IC's means more power is needed, so, if the heart rate monitor is starting to malfunction, that's the very first sign of underpowered battery.
Find your nearest watch repair shop and ask for battery replacement.

Do not forget to rate, please.
