Question about Samsung HP-R5072 50 in. Plasma HDTV

Samsung PDP televison Power light on but no picture

I have a samsung pdp tv but it not working properly when you turn the power on sometimes you get a picture for about 10 seconds then it goes off sometime no picture at all the power light is on but there is a clicking sound coming from the back of the tv continuously is it damaged? overheated? someone said something about shop mode? how do you switch it out of shop mode? I really need someone to help as if I ave to get it repaired I will have to pay because it's out of warrenty the mode number is BN68 01212A

It would be the problem of Y- Main Board or Power Board.
The sound is not a damage.

PDP-4340HD keeps turning off.


Continuous blinks of standby light indicates a fault in the IIC data bus. The main board is likely to be faulty. If you wish to know more Check this link.

Pioneer Plasma TV-PDP-4270HD won't turn on. TV


Try this! There should be a power button on the bottom of the panel that has to be depressed for the television to power on. It is the main power supply button and without it there is no power going into the TV.

I have my tv working like new.
If you want this time the power supply last, do not turn off, just press tv/video button to switch input source, let the tv in sleep mode.
