Your firewall keeps a log of events. It periodically overwrites or starts a new log. It has a place in it's settings to put an email address so that it can send these logs to person overseeing this device. It is upset because it is trying to email the log to you but their is something wrong with the email address it is trying to send it to (could be empty, typo, etc...), find and check the setting for email address.

Firewall/ Router Limiting Network need to open up a port so other can connect to you what it mean, how to over come tis problem

You need to write a rule on your firewall so that the traffic can be permitted. If you need help in writing the rule let me know the following details.

1. When you are getting this message (e.g yahoo messenger, MSN messenger, Internet access)
2. What is the firewall you have
3. do you know the administrator username and password

My computer has changed me from tiscali to Club VAIO.

You might want to download a good malware scanner like the one available free at and run a scan of your system. Also make sure you are using Windows Defender to scan for adware/spyware. Sometimes programs known as browser hijackers can be unknowingly downloaded and installed on your system when you access certain websites or download other software or toolbars.
To change the home page back, simply go to control panel>internet options and you'll see on the general tab a section for your home page setting. You can type in the address for the page you want, then select apply. While you're at it you might want to clear the browser cache by deleting the temporary internet files, etc.
Or you can open this from your active browser window by going to tools>internet options>and if you navigate to the page you want just select use current page as home page, and apply the change.
I recommend that you run an in-depth scan of your system with your anti-virus software and do the malware scan I recommended above. This type of change is an indication that the security settings of your system might not be quite up to snuff, and you want to ensure nothing more insidious has happened unbeknownst to you.
There are several good freeware programs available that can act to monitor your system and alert you when attempted changes are made, so you have the option to give your consent. I recommend both WinPatrol (available here) and Spybot Search&Destroy (available here), but in the latter case I don't recommend the use of the tea-timer (ever) or the immunization feature if you have IE8 installed.

with only those details the more I can say is that you must be infected with several spyware which are uploading/downloading something to.from internet, you need to clean your computer asap

Norton Firewall Difficlty

I suggest not using norton. Goto and use the Free home-edition. Set your windows firewall back to defaults after norton is uninstalled.

Make sure to have Avast scan every file on your system. You very well maybe infected.

Please do not think norton is all that great because you payed for it. Get Avast.
