There are no errors on the ink cartidges, such as the cartridges have low ink - the cartidges are testing fine.
LOOK UNDER PROPERTIES AND SEE IF PRINT TO FILE IS CHECKED. OR UNINSTALL AND THEN REINSTALL,OR CHECK SETTINGS ON THE PRINTER MAYBE SOMETHING WAS PRESSED MY MISTAKE, GOOD LUCK
