Question about Dirt Devil Featherlite Bagless Vacuum M085845Vacuum
Model # UD40140 Mfg Code KO8A
I called the 1-800-321-1134 number on 01/10/09 to inquire as to my missing accessory parts. I was informed that there was a shipping error and they were not included in the original box and they would send the accessories out immediately. Gentleman Rosco and Shipping manager Amber told me that my parts would be shipped out to me on Monday 01/12/09. Shipping was to go to my PO Box 5739, Pahrump NV 89041. It is now February 1, 2009 and still no accessories have arrived. Can you find out what happend to my parts and when I might expect to receive them. If they need to ship out UPS or FedX they can also mail my parts to 4241 Martin Avenue, Pahrump NV if absolutely necessary.

I would go to my local Dirt Devil dealer to get the parts and give him the warranty credit.
