You will need to try some combination of the set button and time button to change the time back to normal time. Try hold both the time and set button for a period of 5-10 seconds and see if this will cycle the time to normal. If not try hold the set button alone for 5-10 seconds and see if this works. If not try holding the time time button for 5-10 seconds and see if that works. If none of the fixes work. I had this same problem. I removed the battery and then unplugged it for about a half an hour. When I plugged it back in, I had to reset the date, time, year, time zone and alarm times, but the alarms now work!!
This problem is discussed in your instruction manual. Replace the lithium battery. Pull your battery out & take it with you. I had to go to Radio Shack to find a replacement battery for mine. I believe this should take care of the problem.
For the Clock/Radios that are having problems with the clock display and settings. You will have to reset the Clock/Radio's microprocessor. To do this you must unplug the Clock/Radio from the wall outlet and remove the internal battery. You must let the Clock/Radio set with no power for at least 1 hour to discharge the microprocessor circuits. The microprocessor should then be able to reset itself. You can then reinsert the battery and plug the Clock/Radio into the a/c wall outlet. The functions should have reset and be working normally. If this does not solve the problem, try putting in a new battery (CR2430). Before putting in the new battery, unplug the clock radio and remove the old battery and let it set again for a few hours this time to try to reset the microprocessor. If this does not solve the problem (This includes the person with the complete Clock/Radio operation failure) you can call the Emerson customer support at this telephone number 1-800-898-9020. Give them the make and model number of the Clock/Radio. Tell them the problems you are having with the operation of the Clock/Radio and ask them for assistance. I hope this information helps you solve the problems your are having with your Clock/ Radios.
