SOURCE: Gaggia Syncrony no longer rinses during the selftest

Rinse option is in the menu. Click on Rinsing and turn it on.

That should be it.

When I turn on the machine it says warming up and rinsing but it doesn't rinse and I can't get it to make a coffee it won't go past rinsing

Probably overheat protector thermal switches on the water boiler is tripped. Need to open the machine and reset those switches by pushing in the pins on the switches.
OR the element on the boiler is blown.

Gaggia Syncrony won't heat up.

I switch the machine on and the green light (number 24) flashes to indicate it is warming up but it never gets there it just keeps flashing for at least half an hour.

Our Gaggia Tianium is stuck on rinse cycle, water pouring out

Just let it run the cycle, don't press any buttons.
When it runs out of water refill it and let it continue.
I get this problem a lot,

How can I get a creamer on my coffee from my machine

I had this problem, but found a simple solution.  In the menu, find the rinsing cycle -not just rinse- be sure it says rinsing cycle.  Put a container- I use a 3 cup measuring cup- under the coffee spouts. Activate the rinse cycle.  If you've never done this you may have to put it through a couple of cycles until the water runs clear.  This is the only way the coffee dispenser part will clean. After doing this, you should once again have your great crema on your coffee. I do it every week.....but we drink a lot of coffee. :)

try a good de scale of the tank and pipe work . remember to rinse / flush well with clean water afterwards. limescale in the smallest form can be a major cause of most faults!

My machine was stuck on rinse cycle now on ventilate...

Try first to continue filling up the water resovoir (UP TO FOUR times) to see if the machine completes the rinse cycle on its own. If that doesn't work contact Gaggia Customer Service in the US at 888-389-4123. Sally there was VERY helpful and should be able to resolve your problem.
