No power

This may sound to elementary, but did you check your outlet with another appliance to see if it works? If so, then most likely your problem is the thermo fuse is bad. If it is bad, you will not get any power to the unit. It's located in the bottom in the red wire between where the plug connects and the circuit board. It is not like a regular fuse that you can see if it's blown by looking at it - you need to use a simple ohms test meter. Ours blew once and I replaced it with one I bought from Radio Shack, P/N 270-1322 and so far have had no problems with power.

Open the plastic cover on the back where the lid is attached and expose the wires. One of those might be broken.

Mine just did as well today. Thought I blew a fuse, but no, just not working, although it did finish the pot of rice.

I had similar problems.

There are some wires connecting the lid and the main unit. These wires run behind the hinge area and over time they got clipped from opening/closing the lid.

To fix the problem, you will have to open up the hinge unit and the top lid and reconnect (soldering) the disconnected wires.

I fixed mine more than once. IMO it's a design flow.

Again, don't attempt unless you know electrical wiring and feel comfortable with soldering. Make sure you cover the exposed wires with proper electric tape. You don't want to mix electricity with water and steam as there are much in the lid.

Fuse

You can't plug electrical items which are 110v into 220v sockets...you need a bulky and expensive transformer to convert the electrcity to the correct voltage. It is the only way to 'step up' the voltage

It sounds like you have might have damaged the cookers beyond repair!
