Need drivers for epson projector - Apple MacBook Pro Notebook

Make sure USB display is set on projector's menu > extended. Secondly set the projector to USB source. Third I suggest to uninstall and re-install the USB driver and install the latest version which is 1.50 and follow this instructions.
Go to the Hard drive, application, USB display, tools and run the uninstall. Reboot, run ver. 1.50 and after it is installed, reboot one more time.

I can't find any reference to the EMP-54, but there is a projector called the Power Lite 54c perhaps that's what you're referring to.

If that's not it, go to Epson.com and select your country, then click on Drivers & Support at the top and click Projectors, just select your unit from the available products and your operating system and you can download the driver.

Epson drivers are usually built into the Mac OSX. Search Epson site for your model:

Possible hardware failure, unfortunately.
Disconnect it from all the devices connected to it. Turn it on and off.

If your unit is still under warranty please contact epson support to get a replacement.
If your unit is not under warranty anymore, please log on to epson.com. Go to the drivers and support page and click on help me find a service center to send your printer to an epson certified servicer near to your area.

See the User's Guide (http://www.epson.co.uk/Projectors/Epson-EMP-82/Drivers-Support) starting on page 59 (Lamp Replacement Period). There is one screw on the case and 2 screws that hold the lamp in place. See document for pictures.

Check Epson"s support site to see if there is a driver for the projector. Some projectors require a driver for the visual clarity, and lots of times the driver disc doesn't come with the projector, go figure, and don't ask me why.
