At an engine lower and higher rpm is because of the governor sensitivity sistem. An arm attaches to the shaft(inside the crankcase)with a clamp-bolt/nut.This arm are provided with a series of holes. To decrease sensitivity hook the spring into a hole lower than its original position. If needed you can make some extra adjustment holes.Hope this help you.

Concrete mixer motor pulley size

smallest available that fits the motor shaft ( around 11/2 ")
it is not the mixer speed you are worried about but the power required to drive a full mixer

My motorhomes Eberspacher combitronic heating no longer works on 240v although still heats water and heats on diesel.

Hi l had exactly the same problem with my combitronic, tried virtually everything, asked & took my motorhome to several places found one that could find the fault. Apparently there was a break down of a wire under the sheathing stopping the heating working on 240v. Agency supplied if required.

HELO I recently purchase a 460V H600T hobart mixer 2.5 AMP/ 3 PHASE but unfortunatly our bakery only provides 110V or 220V what are my option??

The machine can be internally rewired for 220 3 phase. Call your local Hobart office and have them come out and take care of it.

I have a honda 8hp on a mortar mixer. it gets fule in the bowl but will not run long. lite iys just using the fuel in the bowl. It used to run great. It has sat for a year.

first thing to do is take the fuel bowl off.then turn the fuel tap on.fuel should be running out of the needle from the carby.if not, the needle and float is not working properly. turn the fuel tap off .spray some carby cleaner into the needle and seat. turn the fuel tap back on and lift the float up,this should stop the fuel from coming out.and when you let go of the float, fuel should start coming out.
lift the float up and down a couple of times to ensure it is working. put fuel bowl on and run.

I have a Hotpoint WF540 washing machine. When it goes into fast spin, the spin cycle is quite noisy....on slow spin it is fine......could this be a bearing problem? If so how easy are they to replace?

Sounds like drum bearings most cases you need to buy half drum with bearings fitted if your very good at diy no problem if not call engineer.1st check concrete weights are not loose top and can buy parts @ this will give you idea of cost which maybe quite high.

Moulded plastic 'spigots' still form part of the drum housing, but no concrete block is now fitted to the rear.

Mixer keeps cutting out! Please help!

As far as I know this is a food mixer. Concrete will definitely cause the overload to trip. Frequent triping has caused the overload to weaken and hence trip at lower values. You probably need to replace the overl;oad
