Re: i cant save configuration setting recieved from...
Never configure it manually ! That means there are many settings are already saved in your Nokia device . Just discard them and try again. If you couldn't discard them here is another solution : Just restore factory settings and I'm sure that you'll solve the problem .To restore factory settings here is the way: Switch-off your phone.
1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green
dial key, * Star key, no 3 key on keypad and then press the power
on/off to swtich on the phone.
Remember, do not let go the 3 keys press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show!
2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory setting. then here is what to do :
Just call your service provider support center and they'll help you for
sure . don't try it by yourself . let them help you . they are the only ones , who can help you correctly .
your rating is very important for me , that's why I've helped you .

You need to configure the settings for mms. You can call your service provider and ask them to send you the configuration settings via SMS, once you have the settings saved in the phone thats the time that you can open the MMS that you recieved.
Good day. First check if you have load, I mean is your phone can able to call? because its simple reason why the phone cant access the net. Secondly erase and reinstall the configuration settings for gprs, or call your network provider then ask for settings to run your device. I'm sure they will send the settings thru text message, save and set as default to your phone. Once save, press zero and hold till you see the globe icon is turning. Sometimes need a few hours to make a good connection or it depends on your area if you get a strong signal. Thanks
Hi, To get the GPRS setting(configuration setting)please call your service provider. They will send you the GPRS setting. After you recieve please save the settings to your phone and make it as default setting. You can start using this service. Good Luck. Thanks for using FixYa.
Your provider will always send a configuration message once you've put your SIM card in a different phone so that it accustoms the settings in your phone. If you received the configuration through your provider but can't find it.
Check in your messages, there should be a message from your service provider with the data settings. Open it and save it. This will automatically configure your service provider settings in the phone settings.
Alternatively, just take out the battery and take out your SIM card and place it back in. Power the phone on, your service provider should send you the configuration settings and you can save it from there.
If you are rtying to connect to the internet using your phone
You should configure first the setting of the network, and it can only be done by requesting to your network provider to send to you a configuration setting, after you recieved it, you'll need to save that setting and it will automatically configure the set up.
call the network service hotline and request for a configuration setting
