Either power is not getting to the switch-check for an ignition fuse or a fusible link just off the battery-or power is not being transmitted through the switch-in that case, replace the electrical part of the ignition switch.
There should always be a hot wire going to the switch-it is hot at all times, just waiting to be sent somewhere through the switch to run, accessories, or start. First check if you have power to the switch. If not, may need to consult a wiring diagram, but likely a fusible link near the battery has failed.

you need to take off the inside panel. if i remember correctly its just a couple screws and it should pop off.

The main fuse block on a 1990 full size bronco will either be under the dash/steering wheel column, bolted to the firewall or under the hood on the passenger side of the vehicle on the firewall. I would also look at the ignition switch.
SOURCE: 1987 ford bronco fuel issues
First thing to check out will be the fuel pump relay under the hood. It is the one who drives the pump, so if it is defective the pump will not work either to prime the engine, or to make it run. Secondly, you need to check if the fuel filters are OK cause sometimes they clog up and prevent enough fuel from reaching the engine. Thirdly, check the injector(s) for cloging, and clean or replace them as needed. If none of this helps, then the problem probably has nothing to do with fuel delivery, and the next step to check will be the whole ignition system, which is also one of the most comon bronco problems.

SOURCE: my 1991 ford Bronco will not automactically kick
being a 91 i am guessing its a EAOD transmission, it is also computer controlled. it could be the adjustment on for the Valve body cable aka kickdown cable needs adjusted or could also be a problem with the computer.
