Video call will only work if your service providers have enabled on both your and your friend's accounts, and your friend must also use a phone that supports video call, and both of you must be on 3G network (showing H next to signal bars). Video call must also be enabled on both phones, of course. When above criteria are met, video share menu will appear after your call is connected. Good luck!
Yes you can do a video call but the video call camera is the phones main camera, so i dont think its recomended for that kind of purpose.
