-   I have the same exact problem! I do not know what is wrong with it, but a strong smell of natural gas fills the air, so I cannot use the stove. I called the Monogram service people, and of course they insist on a service call! I will update and let you know what the details are.-   netforce114

GE Monogram gas range-top gas ignitor no longer works; the "red-light" on each burner handle doesn't turn on either but I verified power to the unit. I can use range top by lighting burners by hand. Model: ZGU375LSD2SS

Similar to others with ignitor issues, this one is all six burners. The lights on the knobs come on, gas flows and can be light by a grill lighter. But none of the ignitors "click" when the knob is turned on. Thank you

I have the GE 48" Monogram cooktop. When I bought it, it was set for Natural Gas. I had to get an LP conversion kit. I had the gas man change out the tips and install the gas. I have had this cooktop for two years and I ahve never been able to use the Grill or Griddle. They both get extremly hot and seem to uncontrollable. I cannot tell if the regulator is the right size or not. I do think it's an 11" WCP, but i'm not sure. What could be the causes of this? Is there too much gas being shot into the cooktop? Please help.

Great cook top, but just stopped working. Everything else works except for the lights on the gas burner knobs (and of course, the igniter). I noticed that the capacitor is not putting out any voltage to the lights, and the igniter looks like it gets its power from the capacitor.
Can this capacitor be replaced by me? And, could it be something else besides the capacitor?
Thanks in advance,
Bill
