Which blower is cycling on and off. There are two. The main room air blower and a smaller blower that blows the exhaust up the flu.

After oven reaches desired temperature, it has late ignition that turns off the pilot AND OVEN WILL NOT STAY ON.

Sounds like the pilot is mounted to far away from the burner. I have seen it happen before where the pilot has detached and the main burner will just keep pumping gas in until it hits the pilot flame and just flash flames and everything goes out.

Or it just could be a bad thermocouple that is going out all the time.

Per Goodman installation manual:
Misaligned burners, blocked flue, induced draft motor failure. I'd check the inducer first. Up top you'll see a small motor. Near it youll see a small ruber like hose. That hose goes to a round safety called an air proving switch. The end of the hose that connects to the metal, remove it and make sure the metal hole is not stopped up. Make sure the hose is clear and not kinked. Make sure the induced draft motor is working, should be the first action in a series of operation during heat. The air proving switch should close during normal operation, has 2 wires that are connected. Check all wires for loose connections, while the furnace is unplugged and no power present. Make sure everything is put back where it belongs and try it again. Most of these issues are IDM related but I have seen the rollouts open due to burners firing towards the wall of the unit, instead of into the opening of the heat exchanger. Work safe and I hope this helps!

Hello, looks like it is going off on it's high limit switch, a limit switch is there to protect the furnace from overheating. most cuases are either dirt or the blower motor not running up to speed, anything that cuts down on the airflow will cause the high limt switch to open.

No Heat Goodman GDS80904BNA

If the hot surface ignitor comes on and fires the burners, and then shuts back down, you need to take a look at the flame sensor. It is a ceramic rod with a metal tip that rests in the pilot flame. When heated from burners, it sends a signal to the main control module, circuit board, which ever this unit is equipped with to keep the burners on. It is a safety to shut the burners down if there is a problem. Take some fine steel wool to clean the metal tip on this and this should take care of the problem. If this does not do it, then 99% of the time you have a faulty control board or module. It will have to be replaced. It is where this flame sensor connects. It will continue to drop out of the circuit, and the fan will start and run. You're T-stat is good or the Hot Surface ignitor would not glow. You will need to take as much info you can from the unit, Goodman and the control, all numbers with you.You can purchase this part at a appliance parts house, or air conditioning parts house. Please keep me informed, I would like to hear back from you. I hope this has given you some direction to follow.Good Luck,

Heating goes out in late hours of cold night. Turn off electric, wait, then turn back on. Furnace fires up and runs properly. Why is it shutting down?

locking out, clean flame sensor, metal rod with orange wire run to it located in front of burner farthest from ignitor. steel wool (fine) a couple of strokes and works like magic!!!!
