Okay, first of all no tower is designed for a specific mobo,so I imagine that the front panel connections are keyed one way and the mobo jumpers aren't the same. You can do 1 of two things you spend hours trying different connections and if your luckey get the thing to start. You could also go to the perspective websites and get the jumper layouts and match them that way.re-keying is never fun.My suggestion is to get a custom box w/ each and every wire is labled for the jumpers.I bought one last week for my g.f. for 16 bucks.GET A NEW CASE

Installed mother to new tower case and pwr sw | hd led | reset | power led connecting to my board is the Intel dq67sw 155 matx motherboard need accurate dir to connect these please help

info found at http://downloadmirror.intel.com/19707/eng/DQ67SW_ProductGuide01_English.pdf
Front Panel Header Pin info for DQ67SW. They should be color coded too. 1 Hard disk LED + orange
2 Power LED+ green
3 Hard disk LED - orange
4 Power LED- green 5 Reset Switch - blue
6 Power switch + red
7 Reset switch + blue 8 Power switch - red
9 Power Out (do not use)
10 No pin
NOTE When connecting individual wires from your chassis front panel to the front panel header, be sure to observe the connection polarity. Positive wires are usually solid color and negative wires are usually white or striped.
There is also an alternative pin header if you have a power wire that uses a 3 pin connector instead of a 2 pin connector. It is the 3 pins just past pin 9, and it should be missing the pin in the middle of the 3 pin block. The pin closest to pin 9 is the power led + and the furthest from pin 9 is the power led -.
if you need clarification, check out page 50 of the manual posted above at intel.com

I have Gigabyte Motherboard for my Desktop.Mistakenly I shorted my USB pins in Front Panel. Now My system is not working.what should I do?

unhook all the usb hook-ups on the motherboard and make sure the reset is set on the power supply. you should be able to trace the wires back from the case, and on most boards they are also labeled on the printed circuit as usb001 or something like that. if it wont start and run with the wires pulled then you have damaged the board and need a new one.

What processor speed can fit my motherboard GA-75748?

Motherboards designed for AMD processors have radical differences in design from those designed for Intel processors. The most obvious of those differences is the socket which accommodates the processor, which is totally different in both case.
This means that you cannot use an Intel processor on a motherboard designed for an AMD processor, & vice versa. You have to replace the motherboard with one designed for the Intel processor you plan to use.

Is It required to connect Tower Front Panel I/O to Motherboard

The only front panel pins you need are for the power switch. Track them from the front panel to the connector and plug them upto the 2 pins for power. Dont worry about polarity it can go either way. The connector may look a little odd but it will work just fine. In the past in that situation I have cut the plastic in such a way I have separated the different connections but its not worth the trouble in my opinion.

Pluging in extra usb ports/Mic and headphone jacks from the tower

Answer me this. You're case is an Antec tower? The motherboard is the Asus P4P800 SE ? Is this correct?
If you have you're manual you can see what goes where on the board for front panel connector page. 2-31. (This diagram shows you how to connect the front mic & speaker).
To connect the Antec's front USB ports plug the case USB front connectors onto USB56 & USB78 shown on page. 2-30. Most case wires are already set within their USB connectors & the Antec's front USB connector should fit right on the mother board's pin's. If you need you're user manual, download from Asus by clicking on this link. http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?modelname=P4P800%20SE&SLanguage=en-us

Good Luck!
Mike
