Question about Microwave Ovens

Microwave runs but does not heat up food

I read it could be a problem with the thermal cutoff, capacitor or transformer. Is this something I can fix myself??? This is an over the range microwave. Thanks

It is not safe to take apart your microwave as there are very high voltages and radiation
