You should contact your network service provider and ask for GPRS and MMS settings. They will send those settings to your phone via a configuration message and you can open and save the Settings from the Messaging Inbox. Then Power off your phone and Turn on again. This will work.Hope you 're satisfied with my solution. Thanks
1. Open up the main menu (by pressing the centre button) and navigate down to "MESSAGING" 2. Find the MMS message that you are trying to open 3. Click on it with the "OK" key, and it should prompt you to donwload it. 4. Click "yes" and the MMS should be displayed
You must have access to internet on your mobile device or this process may not work.

Usually, mms has settings like gprs. Therefore these settings needs to be set on your phone by your Internet service provider, on request.
In my country, mms and gprs phone setting are usually sent automatically by internet service providers immediately you insert your sim card into a phone that has mms & gprs. And these internet service providers are also the network providers.
For instance, if your network provider is Zain, MMS & GPRS settings must be from Zain because that's the network you are using. These settings are as follows: IP Adress (eg. 172.018.254.005), homepage (e.g wap.uk.zain.com), port (1902) and so on....
So check if the above are intact on your phone as this is the only thing that can make your mms work.
Go to message, under message, look out for mms settings and you will see what I am talking about.
That phone doesnt support mms because its not mms compatible, go onto that website on a computer to access the mms someone has sent you.
You can only recieve texts and text pictures such as :) and :P and pictures drawn with dots and @....
sorry!!
