A8V-VM based PC won't boot. Mobo currently has Athlon 64 3200+ CPU & 512MB RAM I don't think its a Windows problem because I have tried two different HD's (IDE & SATA) one with an XP installation and the other with Win7. I can get into setup fine, I have flashed the BIOS to latest version (0502) previous ver was 0401, I have reset to default values from within setup, and prob still persists. The only thing I haven't done yet is cleared the CMOS. No errors are given, Windows attempts to load & PC just restarts as though someone pressed the reset button. Not sure if its the CPU, MOBO or even the PSU; has anyone seen this behavior? One other thing, I have to press the power on button twice for it to start; press once, it springs to life then dies. Press twice, then it post's as normal. Any help gratefully received. Leo

I need the value off of any of the identical three transistors immediately above the CPU socket - the three small metal can ones. All three of mine fried and leaked so bad I can not read the specs, and the idiot manufacturer says that they will not release specs on their boards - like transistor markings are some sort of guarded secret; VERY frustrating, extremely poor customer support.
