I have the brother 2820 intellifax, and I can send faxes but get blank ones that I receive! Please help!

Can you make a copy and get a good print? Does the blank pages come from different people? If you still get a blank from making a copy, then try a different toner and or drum unit. Hopefully it is still under warranty.
