Question about HP Pavilion dv7-1130us laptop
Hi, I have a HP Pavillion dv7 laptop, 4 months old from new. It has worked perfectly since I purchased it. Lastnight, in tired mode, I went to insert my camera memory card into the laptop card reader port, but before I realised, it was too late and the card was too small and disappeared into the opening. I tried to retrieve it but it would not come out as it wedged itself.
I then removed the bottom access panet, (like a T shape), but could not get to the card still. so I went a little further, removed the hard drive, and around 8 screws hoping to remove the bottom cover completely to allow access. I soon realised the I was not going to work and did not proceed any farther, I replaced the Hard drive, screws and the access panel and lastly put the battery back, now the laptop refuses to power up at all. I have since managed to retrieve the card form the same way it went in.
There is no reason that I can see that has caused to machine to go into total shut down, I was very careful not to touch or disturb any components except as I say the hard drive. hope you can help.
Thank you for listening and your kind assistance on this matter.
