All blue tooth devices need to be in Sync with the master unit. IE Cellphone, Laptop, Playstation 3, you need to pair it with your Laptop. otherwise it wont read, so your Bluetooth device should of come with instructions on how to place your Headset into pairing mode, than go into your control panal and go into bluetooth devices and hit search for devices, you should be able to find and pair it

Microsoft bluetooth mobile keyboard 6000

Wireless keyboards connect to tablets using Bluetooth, a wireless technology with a short range of only about 30 feet.
In most cases, you can prepare a keyboard to connect with a tablet simply by turning the keyboard off, then turning it on again while it is close to the tablet.
Read the instructions that came with the keyboard to see if it requires a passkey to connect with a device.
The passkey ensures that your keyboard is not accidentally connected to another nearby device. The steps required to connect a tablet to a wireless keyboard can vary slightly depending on the tablet's operating system.
Unlike docked keyboards, a wireless keyboard does not have to be designed for your specific tablet for it to be usable.
Turn on the keyboard and put it in discovery mode.
Place it near the iPad.

Tap the "Settings" icon, then tap "General."
Tap "Bluetooth" if it is in the Off position.
Tap the "On/Off" switch to turn it on.

Choose the wireless keyboard when it appears on the screen. Enter a passkey for the keyboard if prompted.
The keyboard name and a Bluetooth icon appear on the screen.
BlackBerry PlayBook Tablet
Turn on the Bluetooth keyboard and put it in discovery mode before placing it near the tablet.

Tap the "Settings" icon on the tablet status bar, then tap "Bluetooth."
Tap the "Bluetooth" switch to choose the "On" position.
Tap "Add New Device," then select "Search."

Wait a few seconds for the keyboard to appear.
Enter the keyboard passkey if prompted.
Samsung Galaxy Tab (Android)
Turn on the wireless keyboard and put it in discovery mode.
Place it near the tablet.

Navigate to the Home screen. Press the "Menu Key," then select "Settings."
Tap "Wireless and Network," then "Bluetooth Settings."

Tap "Bluetooth" to turn it on, then tap "Scan Devices."
Select the keyboard by tapping it.
Enter the passkey if prompted.
HP Slate (Windows)
Turn on the wireless keyboard while it is near the tablet, then put it in discovery mode.

Tap the Start button, then "All Programs."
Tap "HP," then "HP Connection Manager."
The device searches for nearby devices and lists them.

Locate the keyboard in the list, then tap the "Power Button" beside the keyboard entry.
Enter a passkey if prompted.

Webcam on using msi wind u90 notebook

It sounds like you need to reinstall the software driver for your webcam to match your new OS version. Try going to the manufacturer's website Support section to see if they have driver downloads. If not call them up. If you provide the model of your laptop I'll help look it up.

How do you know if your laptop has bluetooth

Bluetooth is normally an original configuration of the
laptop. Therefore, you can see it in your Systems.
From the start up menu, left click Settings, Control
Panel, Systems, Hardware, and Device Manager. If it
has a bluetooth, it will appear in the devices installed
in your laptop. If not, then it don't have.

My video is not working on skype, says ''bluetooth video service not running'' please help

Go to Device Manager and see if you have section named Bluetooth Radios and your BT adapter listed under that. usually Bluetooth and Wireless adapters are controlled by a single hardware switch.
see a service called “Bluetooth Support Service” and it is dependent on “Remote Procedure Call (RPC)”, check those two, under Start>Run>type services.msc whether running or not ....

You can try to re install the driver for bluetooth ...

Driver for integrated webcam

This driver should according to website work for both Vista and XP. It seems to be the latest on the web that I was able to find. The Bison driver on the Fujitsu-Seimens website worked only for Vista.
Your camera according to Fujitsu-Seimens is a Chicony 6133 internal webcam using the Bison driver which is already highlighted above.
One small Fixya as compensation would be nice if it works for ya and I hope it does as some of these company websites are stingy with information.
