Remove your sim card and then clean it little bit and but it back and open your phone it should work then, if dosent go into ?connection settings? and select ?automatic connection search? or something like that, i don't remember anymore those correct names

I can't access to the internet. connection failed always shows. please help!

In cases where the phone refuses to connect to the internet it is 99% of the time the phone provider service. Call your service provider and tell them to open the connection. End of problem usually.

Please help me!!!

The problem is caused by a loose cable connection or the connection from the main board of the phone to the camera not being connected correctly or not at all. The easiest fix is if you have a repair store near by you can drop it off and have it fixed or if you know your way around electronics you can just reconnect the flex cable to the board and viola it will work.
