Question about Acer Aspire 1710 Notebook
When I push the power-on button to start my laptop, the screen does not even
display the "Acer" logo to begin with. The screen's back-lit light was turned
on, but it has nothing but some random "snow flakes" and the laptop just hung
there without going any further. There was no beeping. No response to
any key stroke. I had to push down the power button again to turn it off.
Because it failed to display even the "Acer" logo, I suspect the laptop did
not even go to read the BIOS. I thought the Acer logo was stored in the BIOS.
Can you point me to the possible cause of my problem? Thanks
Use my acer aspire daily, went to put a memory stick in and it just died, no power at all but power light on charger still showing green
