Question about KitchenAid 24 in. KUDS01FLBL Built-in Dishwasher
With the door open in any position besides the locked position, it sinks open all the way down to its horizontal position.
On each side of the dishwasher, near the ground, is a nylon cord and pulley apparatus that keeps the door from flopping down when opened. It probably needs some adjustment of the tension on the cord.
