Re: please help me!!

It would help to know which Motorola phone you have. But sounds to me like you have only the Motorola Update software, meant to only upgrade your phone to latest Motorola operating system. In order to access your pictures, depending on your phone model, you will most likely need the Motorola Phone Tools application. Unfortunately it does not come with the phone. It can be purchased here: You can also check for aftermarket applications to access your phone. P2KCommander is one of the more popular programs.

Im trying to connect with my home computer but i dont have the drivers for the usb wireless adapter< and i dont know how to download to a disc??

Hello subaikri,
I've given you a "Link to the Website, where you can,
"Download the Drivers / Software, that you need."
First, make sure that the you choose the other than; if not -> Windows 7?

**{New Drivers / Software"}!

"All other apply to "Vista!" e.g: WPN111 Software Release Version 2.1...
Scroll-down the (page), until you see the "Software."

There will be a {List}, to choose from!
This way, you'll be able to get the right "Drivers / Software."

Next, download the [File].
Find the {File, and "Install the Driver / Software"}.
"Restart the computer, so that the configuration can make the 'correct' changes.

If you need help with anything else?
"Write a 'comment'; I'll be here to assist you!"
"Best Regards"

1 Download using the button below to a convenient place such as your desktop.
NOTE: After downloading, DO NOT RUN THE FILE YET. Please proceed to Step 2.

4. Run the file you just downloaded and follow the on-screen install instructions.

I want to tranfer my pics from my phone to the computer i dont have a disk but i have the usb cord what do i do

You shouldn't need a disk, but you will have to make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest usb drivers and any software updates available for your phone and/or operating system. See also here and here. Or go to this page.
Also have a look at the user's forum for answers that relate specifically to your phone model.
If you're trying to download the photos without the Motorola phone tools, it will help to have image viewer software installed on your computer that will be able to download the photos into a folder where you can sort and access them. One free program that works well for me is Fastone Image Viewer, though I haven't tried it with your phone...The Image Viewer software will recognize your phone as if it were an external storage device or camera with photos stored on it, and you simply transfer the files you wish to save to your computer...
If you want to use the Motorola Phone Tools, you'll have to purchase the cd. See here. Then search the knowledge base for "picture transfer", and see in particular this article.
Good Luck.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

Please Help!!

You can try:

But I think that the problem is not with the driver itself, but possibly with the operating system and lingering instances of the device.. make sure you have uninstalled all previous versions of the device software AND the device itself in the Device Manager before reinstalling it..
