Lost cd to add this to my new computer,

go to Lexmark website they have a support area you can download the driver from.

I couldn't find a 2470 in the list, take a look here, pick your printer model and it will take you the software download page:

Hi. Try running the installation cd again to make sure the scan software is installed. If you already tried that, uninstall and reinstall the software. Probably, it just didn't read the cd properly. Hope this helps.

Hi Datgagrl,

Its a very old modal and the drives probably wont be on the site. What happens is the base drivers remain the same and the next up model (2500) has almost the same drivers and software. You can download it from http://www.downloaddelivery.com/downloads/cpd/cjr2500EN.exe and see if it works.

Also the 2400 is a series look on the front panel of the printer and you will find the exact model number there like 2470 or 2480. Let me know if this works or not.
