Question about Mitsubishi WS-65809 65" Rear Projection Television

Green light continues to flicker, TV will not turn on or off.

After a recent power outage our tv will not turn on. The green light just flickers and trying to hit the reset button does not work either.

I set the power mode to low....and now I have the same problem...won't turn on just keeps blinking. If the setting is now to low and the power coming in is too high and keeps kicking the tv off then how can I fix that?

I'm having the same problem. The green light, in the lower right hand corner, continues to flash and my tv won't come on.

We also had a power outage and the green power light is now flickering. I tried hitting the reset button but that doesn't do a thing.

Unplug it for 30 minutes. Then try again.

Let me know and I'll check the service manual. I've got a 65511.

Rca touch screen constant flickering i cant get it past dogs on screen but even if the dogs are showing or rca logo it is still flickering colored lines how to fix thisis what i need to know

The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

We had a power outage and since my tv does nothing, a tiny red light says standby but nothing changes.

My sony wega kf-50E200A tv keeps turning off. during each cycle the green light blinks 42 times and the tv comes on again for about 3 minutes and it happens all over again

More than likely the power supply is defective, but without testing and the repair manual that is just a guess, you make the decision to replace or repair the TV.

I have a rca model led65g55r120q tv flickers and no sound

Check all cables for loose connection, try another input for picture (DVD, BLu-Ray, etc). If none of the other inputs work then it's a panel problem (display) If one or more of the others work then it's a problem with either the tuner or the signal.

The color on my TV is all pink. I have tried a hard reset but it didn't help.

Your TV has lost a GREEN color from a basic color palette (Red-Green-Blue). It is often caused by:
- damaged LCD cable (which connects the display with a signal board inside the TV),
- damaged video signal cable (ex. SCART, HDMI, VGA),
- damaged video processor (on the signal board).
I can't give you a more accurate answer, because I don't know what is your TV mark and model and, in what situations you have the problem.

I have a toshiba LED TV Model 40PB200, i bought it two months now. Recently, the audio in port started producing a sound as if microphone is on and the VGA for computer flickers when i connect a laptop on...

One thing is that unless it is usb you should always have the devices powered DOWN before connecting them via" wire electric data cables". it only takes 3 static volts of electricity to damage a circuit board. when you zap you buddy when you wear sox its 20 to 30,000 volts of static electricity so 3 volts would not be known let alone felt or seen. Power down and you will be well not you .
