When i connect pendrive to PC it massage shows "Please insert disk into F:"

Possible that the pendrive is not detected as your PC does not have the software for confirming. So download the software from the Kingston site--- sicne you have not mentioned the Processor of the PC- install and then insert the USB to confrim.
Please also checck for the drivers of the USB- or reinstall

When i insert my pendrive its coming that device

DID you tried different USB ports?
IF YOU DNT NEED the inside data you can always format it.
..using any usb format tool (DriveKey), or u can even go to administartor tools, device managment, disk managment, locate your flashdrive and format, it will be back to normal state after that.
