Condenser fan barely runs on ge profile fridge model number pfs22sisbss resulting in an increased temp in the freezer section when I put a small external fan outside to cool the coils temperature has...

The bearings on the condensor fan motor are dry. You can attempt to lubricate the motor with a parifin based oil using either Union 76 "Turbine Oil" or a product called ZOOM-Spout turbine Oiler that is available in most hardware and appliance parts stores. See this link for examples of the oiler: http://www.google.com/search?q=Zoom+Spout+turbine+Oil&hl=en&safe=off&pwst=1&rls=com.microsoft:en-ph&prmd=ivns&source=univ&tbm=shop&tbo=u&ei=sqPZTcivKISEvAPOv-G_Bw&sa=X&oi=product_result_group&ct=image&resnum=3&ved=0CCoQzAMwAg&biw=1003&bih=587

Do what you can to clean off the bearings and armature shaft then lubricate with the oil.
Most of the time lubrication will snap a tired fan out of running slow. On the hard molded motors (encased) lubrication takes much longer as you have to lubricate and wait for the oil to reach the lower bearing deep inside the housing. It is ok to oil from the top and let it run to the lower bearing. It will not hurt the fan. I place the fan on a paper towel for as long as I can and wait for the exvess to drain off before re-installing the motor. On the non-encased motors you can remove the bearings and clean the motor shaft and the bearing then lubricate reassemble and lubricate again.

If your using an external fan... it is OK to use the refrigerator while your waiting for the oil in the motor to drip out. Just make sure there is a 15 minute pause each time you remove power or the compressor will not re-start properly.

Thanks for choosing FixYa,
Kelly

There is liquid leaking through the bearing on the base that adapts to the motor. Is there a service repair center in my area, my zip code is 60415?

Oster.com shows one Oster service center in Illinois:

Household Appliance Sales and Service 7034 North Milwaukee Avenue
Niles, Illinois
60714-3707
Phone: 847-647-8250
Fax: 847-647-2214

It's a roughly 45-minute drive from your zip code, according to Google Maps. You may want to call them with a description of your problem and see if they can service. There are also several locations in PA that will service Oster blenders.

70ca16d.jpg Hope this helps, this is a tongue guide, you hopefully recognise it on your blade. If they are not paralell, then adjust them with pliers, both need to be perfectly vertical. When you put it on the clippers push the latch in as you close the hinge.
If it still wobbles then the next fe wthings need checking
1. The hinge screws on the clipper are tight, located either side of the hinge on the clipper.
2. The drive lever may be worn, thats the maroon peice of plastic sticking up at the top of the clippers, it moves from side to side when clippers are running.
3. If all seems fine up to now, your clipper should be fixed under warranty as it will involve changing parts covered by the warranty.

My Euro-kitchen range hood's fan/motor is making a high pitched sound after it's been on for a few minutes. What should I do first to try to fix it?

A high pitched sound is usually a bearing that went dry. Lubricate the upper and lower bearing with a Zoom Spout oiler. http://www.apwagner.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1547461

You can get this at nearly any Appliance Parts Supply source.

This oil is a 76% paraffin based oil used for motors, armatures, dryer drum rollers etc.

DO NOT use regular oil... or a 3 N 1 oil. The fan motor will eventually lock up if you do.

While your doing the lubrication... check the fan blade tips for wear marks or gouges to make sure they are not striking anything.

Thanks for using FixYa.

The metal blade fell off my O classic 76 shaver, how can i put it back on? it is the metal changing part

The part that holds the blades on came loose on my Classic 76 clipper. It turns out that the two holes for the inserts are too big. I fixed the problem by removing the inserts from the clipper body (easy since that is the problem), cleaned the inserts and holes in the clipper body and super glued the inserts back into the holes. Be careful not to use too much glue! It only takes a little.
