How come my wii won't read my wii fit plus

By Wii Fit Plus, I presume you mean the Balance Board. If you take the battery cover off the balance board, you will see a small red button. On the front of the Wii unit itself, there is also a small red button. Press them both within a short amount of time to sync them together. From this point forward, they should be able to talk to each other.

How do you sync the wii fit board and wii console

  • Put four AA batteries into the battery housing located on the underside of the Wii Balance Board.

  • Insert a Wii Balance Board compatible game into the Wii system.

  • Select the "Disc Channel" on the screen with the Wii remote, and choose "Start."

  • Open the SD card slot to reveal a sync button on the Wii system. This is located behind a cover under the power and eject buttons.

  • Turn the Wii Balance Board upside down.

  • Remove the battery cover under the balance board to reveal another sync button.

  • Pres the sync button on the balance board, then press the sync button on the Wii. Do not hold down the buttons. You know it is synchronized when the blue light on the Wii Balance Board stays steady

  • Place the board on a flat surface directly in front of the TV. Face the power button away from the TV.

Keeps telling me I am fidgeting - tried everthing

Try borrowing a friends Wii balance board and connecting it to your own Wii then try. If it works fine it's a fault with your current wii balance board and you need to buy a replacement. If it still says your fidgeting I would get other individuals to try it, if it doesen't fidget for them it is you fidgeting. If it does say they are fidgeting & you already know your wii balance board is working the same as your friends then the surface your playing on is too un-even (probably too much of a balky carpet) or uneven floorboard/tile (whatever your floor material)

    Hope this helps.

WII FIT Board only recognizes movement on one side

Try doing the balance board test to make sure all the sensors are working probably. Click on "User Settings" (the wrench) on the wii fit plaza page. From there your should click on the "wii balance board check." It will walk you through the process and check your sensors to make sure they are working.
