Yes it is Yahoo Mail, my email address is tracebern@yahoo.com. I hope it will work out and need get my Facebook back. I appreciate your help. Thanks

Good Day Tracy!

Okay! Here is what you need to do:

1. Click this link: https://edit.yahoo.com/forgot?stage=fe100&src=&intl=us&done=http://www.yahoo.com&partner=reg, it will direct you to "forgot password" page

2. Enter your complete email address at the box next to "My Yahoo! ID is"

3. Enter the captcha word that you see, in the box next to "Type the code shown"

4. Click the "Next" button

5. It will ask you your secret questions, please answer them correctly. You are the only one who knows the answer.

6. Click "Next" button for every answer to questions.

At the end it will let you change to a new password.
After getting the new password, just make sure it is the email address that you are using to access Facebook. If this is not the email address, you can follow the procedure above to get a new password for the right email address.

Once you can access your email account, that is the time that we can reset the password on your Facebook account.

Please do this instruction first, and if you are successful, let me know and we will proceed in resetting the password in your Facebook account.

I can not return to the old yahoo mail classic at all . I have tried every thing but nothing helps.

here are some options: 1st: If you are using IE go to tools >internet options >security. Click on the "custom level" button, go to the scripting section and disable active scripting. If you are using Firefox go to tools ? options ? content. Click on disable Javascript. When you go to Yahoo mail it will indicate that you must use Classic and will give a link. Once done you can return to the previous Javascript settings. 2nd: to revert to Classic Mail. Lower your screen resolution from the Control Panel, then Display and the Settings tab. As soon as it's too low for the new mail, you will get a message displayed asking if you want to switch to Mail Classic. Click "yes". (The usual setting is 1024 x 768 for most monitors.) 3rd: At the very top of the screen once you log into yahoo it should give you the option to go to classic yahoo mail. I am not fond of the new one either and thats what i did 4th: Click Options on the mail screen, then click Switch to Classic Mail. If it asks if you are sure you want to switch, click Yes 5th: These link are still working today, July 16, 2011 and will RETURN and launch your email back to Classic Mail. http://us.mc598.mail.yahoo.com/mc/launch... as will this link:http://us.mc598.mail.yahoo.com/mc/welcom... 6th: I have a Yahoo! Plus account, there is an option there to switch back to Yahoo! Classic, which I have done and it remains, and perhaps that is an option for you. The Yahoo! Plus account is $19.99 (US) a year. 7th: Numerous solutions for various browsers and different versions of Windows people use, this is the best solution. Setting up a pop server

The normal yahoo account that you currently have when you signed for it by default is not capable for POP Mail. It's only good for web mail access. It can only be allowed to have POP access capability if you upgrade your existing yahoo mail account to Yahoo Mail Plus for the amount of 19.99 USD per year.
The following are the features of Yahoo Mail Plus - No Graphical ads - Offline access with POP - Filters - No account expiration - Live customer care - Mail forwarding - Address Guard/Disposable addresses
When you have yahoo mail plus enabled these are the settings on your email client
SMTP: smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com port 465 POP: pop.bizmail.yahoo.com port 110
Hope this helps . . .
