I own an Affinity washer and the clothes keep getting stuck in the fold of the front gasket, how do I stop this?

you can't, no way to stop. Nature of the machine, and all front loads do this. I suggest a SMALL GARMENT bag from a local grocer or big box store.

Take the front panel off your washer. Inside the washer attached to the side you should find a manual that will help you with the error codes.
