Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
Ab virus attacked my hl-dt-stdvdram gsa t20l ata first.my dvd simply did not exist as far as my laptop knew. other operating systems are disappearing . how do i stop the ab virus
The best way to resolve this is to totally wipe your drive (hd) and reinstall os ...there are many other methods to resolve it but they take a long time and a lot of messing about and depending on what kind of bug/virus you have you could have more problems rectifying problems ....
if you were to take it to be repaired they would save programs you request ...check these programs for virus and then wipe your disk and reinstall fresh and reinstall your requested files(if no virus was found on them)if virus was found in files they would simply reinstall os fresh and inform you that your files could not be rescued.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
