The scroll bar on my Desktop is missing from the left-side menu, obtained by the "hamburger menu" button, top left. So I have nothing to put my mouse on to move the menu. With the menu activated, the scroll bar is missing from the right side, but when I deactivate the menu, I can scroll the page to its bottom.
I don't know if you have a touch screen where you slide the page up with your finger or a Desktop/Laptop where you slide the scroll bar down with your mouse to accomplish moving the page up. (I HAVE attempted to move the screen up by sliding my mouse pointer up the screen as I do on my cell phone with my finger -- It just will not work!!)
Chalk this up to a billion-dollar website programming error!

reinstall the driver for your touchpad. If you have the driver cd with you, insert it and run the program. Look for the driver for Touchpad / Pointing Stick and install. click on Download for "Touchpad / Pointing Stick and install. Restart your computer and you should be able to scroll from your touch pad.
Or your touch pad malfunctioning. its best that you use an usb mouse for your scrolling.
What misses these calculators up a lot is stuff downloaded off the internet. Ti 84 even the APPS seem to miss up. It seems like your calculator is trying to execute a bad APP shell or program. Try to free it up or delete any foreign programming if you have any on the calculator.
Open up the piano roll window for the sample you have selected. Hold down the left click and move your mouse down to track the piano roll closer or move the mouse upwards to span it more. Select all of the bars used in the piano roll and click the down arrow in the very upright corner. Select Edit > Copy. This will copy all of the bars in the current piano roll. To paste the pattern simply click the down arrow again in the upright corner and select Edit > Paste in any piano roll.
