You will need to replace the pads. It's possible that they have outlived their usefulness. Check eBay. A lot of people sell replacement parts for notebooks on there.

My cursor disappeared on my Samsung 303C12. Is there a way to turn the cursor on and off?

It sounds like you turned off your track pad. On some laptops there is an indentation on the pad to turn on and off and some have buttons on the laptop. Did you go into your track pad properties to see if it is on? You can do this by clicking on the mouse on the lower left corner of your laptop or by going into control panel. I hope this helps.

Acer Aspire M/ The cursor disappeared and I cant get it back

first confirm that your touch pad is working or not. yor touch pad may be disabled or it may be dead. you can enable your touch pad in it's setting. you can connect an external mouse to your laptop to check that. or you can enable mouse keys in control panel.

The touchpad on my laptop does not work. Cursor is frozen. I have a CQ60-615DX notebook. What do I do? Please help!

Make certain the driver for your touchpad is running- usually it is synaptic- would be found under syntpenh.exe in your task manager. Make certain it is enabled in the mouse properties. If that does not work, then connect an external mouse and then disconnect it... sometimes that kicks the service back into starting correctly

This happens for 1 of 2 reasons: 1. Either your wrist hits the mouse pad and that makes the cursor move

My cursor will not move on my laptop screen

Hello,

The reason your cursor will not show on screen is because the laptop jammed.

To fix this,

Try to shut down properly,

Then you remove the battery and reinstall it.

Turn it on back and your cursor will come back on.

Take care
