Your laptop has a button which activates and deactivates the wireless network and bluetooth. Your manual should provide you with the detailed information as to where this button is.

I have hp pavilion dv6325ca laptop can now i upgrade my laptop with internal bluetooth module as already i have a internal wireless adapter can u suggest how to upgrade

The easiest option for you is to buy a Bluetooth dongle. It connects via USB, and if you get a compact one like the one in the image below you won't even notice it on the laptop. You can get one from Ebay, they are dirt cheap, under $2.
