Hi, I just ran into this problem and I don't know what the code is. I think it has to do with the standing white plate. Also, I could not get into service mode the normal way. Is there a new way of getting into service mode. The only thing I know about the copier is that it has not been installed yet. Thanks for any help

- Dude, you need to take a chill pill.... I did have a comment thanking you. But, I hit the wrong box for thanking you. The sceen changed, I did not have time to reply again. I was running late for work. I knew that was the solution. I wanted to know why the service mode was not letting me in. Have a better DayClarification Request

White level detection error
The white level cannot be adjusted
within the target during auto gain
control.
• Dirty exposure glass or optics section
• SBU board defective
• BICU board defective
• Exposure lamp defective
• Lamp stabilizer defective
These must be pressed some what quickly.

- Clear mode ( square botton towards top) botton --- 1-0-7 hold down the clear/stop botton ( circle botton) until display changes to SP mode.These must be pressed some what quickly.
