I bought the crib at Babies R Us and now my son is ready for the full size bed and I can find the Conversion Rails it is a 4 in1. I have tried Babies R Us and I cant seem to locate them on there website. Does anyone know how to get a hold of the manufacture of Jardine Products?
I have the same crib. Babies R' Us do not sell the conversion rails online. You have to order them through Babies R' Us. They run $59.99 and it takes 7-14 days. It is standard metal rails. They told me I can go to any furniture store and buy the bed frame if I want to.
I did contact the manufacturer and they told me the same thing. It is not rails that are made specifically for this crib.

I have had the same problem. I have spent much time on the phone with babies R us, and on the 1--800 number for jardin. I have also emailed Jardin, which is now called bergamo, to order the rails at [email protected] . The responded telling me the rails were never wooden, and to buy metal rails at a mattress store. What a rip! I am furious. When I bought the crib, I was told they had wooden rails, and now the company is saying they were never wooden. This company is a joke. Don't waste your time with them, because you will get the run around.

I have the same problem. I am looking for the conversion rails that match the olympia jardine 4 in 1 crib. I don't wan't the metal rails, I want the wooden rails that match the finish of the bed as shown in the directions.
i have the rails cause i ordered them the same time i got the crib...they are wooden. but i cant put the stupid thing together it is sooo bad,...im thinking about buying a new bed altogther. and is it a twin size mattress that fits to it
