Question about Kitchen Ranges
I converted my maytag gas range over to LP, the stove come with the five jets for the surface burners. The oven was never mentioned and so I teid to use it. The flames from the burner filled the oven. Is there an adjustment for the oven? What do I need to do?
Chuck in Alaska My 1yr od maytag range lp fueled seems to be leaking, Ive checked the ports on the stove top all seem to be fine . I can't tell if it is the top or bottom oven. I did replace the ignitor recently and the smell seems stronger since but it was there before it was replaced. any place to look?
Natural Gas has a pressure at about 1/4oz psi. Propane runs at a much higher pressure 8 psi to 15 psi. For your safety do not use the oven until it is garenteed that the oven is rated for LP Gas!
Hope, this helps, Sea Breeze
