Question about Panasonic KX-TGA560B Cordless Expansion Handset
Phone is on conference and I can't turn it (conference) off. Can't receivie incoming calls.
Are you talking about a special speakerphone that is not made by Toshiba? This would be a single line phone device not a proprietary Toshiba phone and you would need a special card in your system that can handle single line devices. You may already have one that has a free port on it.
However, it does sound like you would need to find help from a local phone system installation company. You cannot plug a single line phone into any phone port on your system. A special wire would need to be run just for that phone and the system would need to be re-programmed for that port. If you need a single line card it will be even more complicated.

Depending on which system you are using (not the telephone) and how it is programmed, you may not be able to go beyond a 3 party conference. Some systems allow up to 8 parties. Just press Conf, attach to another call, and then press Conf again to go into the Conference. As they say, "Repeat as necessary."
We have a support package that allows us to make all the changes you need over the Internet for a flat annual fee. If you want your whole system to work properly and all changes to be made for you at a flat budget, call us at 877-236-8376.

One of the two "soft buttons" at the top of the keypad (first row of keys under the handset's display) should read Flash when you are on a call. Hit that button, you'll hear the line tone, dial the number and wait for the other person to answer. Hit Flash again and they should be joined together. If not, you may need to subscribe to Call Waiting/3-way Calling through your telephone company.

SOURCE: Conference Calling
If you have a flash button, you would use that to place the first call on hold and dial or answer a second call. If this is a single line phone in your home, you would have to have "Three Way Calling" feature with your local phone company. If you do, you could ask them what the dialable feature code is. It's possible they allow you to use your flash button, get dial tone and dial another person, when they answer, flash again to conference. If you don't have a flash button, they you would be using your Green or Off Hook button that you use to get your dial tone.
