Blue streak at bottom of picture. Normal convergence procedures do not work. Someone yold me a code is needed from a technician in order to adjust?????

You need new convergence amps, and if you dont know what you are doing in the tech menu you could ruing the set. Call a Repairman Delicate soldering is required.
